Why Yoga Therapy based private sessions?

100%  Attention

Every session focuses entirely on your movement, your breath, and your unique responses. Helping you to heal.

From Guidance to Independence

My goal isn't to make you dependent on a teacher. I give you the tools and the confidence to understand your own body, so you can eventually practice safely and effectively on your own.

Flexible Hours

Your practice should support your life, not complicate it. More adjustable time table.

Safety & Confidence

Learn how to practice without pain. I teach you how to protect your body so you can practice safely anywhere.

 Adapted to You

Unlike a fixed group class, we can change the focus of our session on the spot. Whether you're feeling low on energy or need to work on a specific tension.

Deep Body Awareness

You will learn to listen to your body’s signals and respect your physical limits instead of pushing through pain.

 Balance

We don't just move the body. Through breath and mindful attention, we work on your inner process, helping you leave the mat feeling grounded, calm, and mentally clear.

Foundations over Complexity

Real breakthroughs often happen in the smallest movements to experience deep physical and internal change.

My approach focuses on the professional application of  the principles and practices of yoga.
The work is movement and breathing  based and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Ultimately, yoga is about self-transcendence and the pursuit of understanding reality. At the same time, yoga is our life itself. Yoga does not exist outside of us. And let’s start with the most obvious: getting to know our own bodies. Let’s begin from here..

Over the years, I taught hundreds of group classes and learned how to guide students safely and supportively. But one thing became increasingly clear: every person is different - in their body, health history, mobility and inner experience.

In group classes, it can be difficult to offer the individual attention people truly need.

Many students follow instructions without fully recognising their own limits, while lasting progress requires awareness, personal guidance and a practice adapted to the individual.

If you’ve left yoga classes feeling exhausted, strained, slightly injured, or frustrated, this is a different approach.

Here, you are not pushed - you are guided. Yoga should not be painful. It should not feel forced.

We start from the foundations, often with very small movements - because those are what most often create real breakthroughs.

After years of continued study and collaboration with physiotherapists, doctors, yoga teachers and manual therapists, I naturally shifted my focus to private sessions.

Today, I help women understand and heal their bodies, practice safely and develop the confidence to make yoga truly their own.
