Why Individual Yoga Therapy?

100%  Attention

Every session focuses entirely on your movement, your breath, and your unique responses.

From Guidance to Independence

My goal isn't to make you dependent on a teacher. I give you the tools and the confidence to understand your own body, so you can eventually practice safely and effectively on your own.

Flexible Hours

Your practice should support your life, not complicate it. More adjustable time table.

Safety & Confidence

Learn how to practice without pain. I teach you how to protect your body so you can practice safely anywhere.

 Adapted to You

Unlike a fixed group class, we can change the focus of our session on the spot. Whether you're feeling low on energy or need to work on a specific tension.

Deep Body Awareness

You will learn to listen to your body’s signals and respect your physical limits instead of pushing through pain.

 Balance

We don't just move the body. Through breath and mindful attention, we work on your inner process, helping you leave the mat feeling grounded, calm, and mentally clear.

Foundations over Complexity

Real breakthroughs often happen in the smallest movements to experience deep physical and internal change.

My approach focuses on the professional application of  the principles and practices of yoga.

Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of group classes. With experience came the ability to choose postures and give guidance so that students could practice safely, leave without frustration, and feel that the class truly supported them. Still, one truth became increasingly clear: people are not the same - not in their bodies, not in their health history, not in their mobility, and not in their inner processes.

In large group classes, many participants are not yet deeply connected to their physical limits or inner signals. They often override discomfort, follow instructions against their own needs, and disconnect from what their body is trying to communicate. Real, lasting change rarely happens in that environment. And if you try to give everyone personal correction, the flow of the class falls apart - yet the need for individual support is real.

I kept studying - through my own body, through my students, and with many teachers and professionals: physiotherapists, yoga masters, medical doctors, and manual therapists. I completed several specialized trainings.

At one point, it became natural to shift away from group teaching and focus on individual work.

In private sessions, I teach women how to practice safely - not only one-on-one, but later also in group settings - with confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to modify when needed. Because the truth is: many people don’t question the teacher even when something hurts or feels wrong. And that should change.

In an individual lesson, the attention is fully on you - your movement, your breath, your subtle responses. You learn to feel, respect, and develop your own body. Your own yoga. Because yoga does not exist only on the mat -in fact, the postures are tools for everyday life.

You will learn how to practice independently. If you have any health concerns, we discuss them and build a targeted, supportive practice.

If you’ve left yoga classes feeling exhausted, strained, slightly injured, or frustrated, this is a different approach. Here, you are not pushed - you are guided.

Yoga should not be painful. It should not feel forced.
In yoga therapy, the goal is not performing complex postures. We start from the foundations, often with very small movements - because those are what most often create real breakthroughs. You do not need to stand on your hands to feel deep physical and internal change.

Here, your experience matters most.

I walk my own path and face my own challenges. But if we work together and I’m the right guide for you, the experience can be deeply transformative.
