• Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time require full payment.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.

• No-shows are charged in full.

• Rescheduling is possible only if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.
