Embrace the change

There comes a stage in life when enhancing strength and energy requires a different approach. More pressure won’t take you further - self awareness creates lasting results.
My method combines different yoga traditions and therapeutic techniques, with special attention to how you function as an individual - physically, hormonally, emotionally.
The focus is not performance, flexibility or copying poses.
The focus is understanding yourself: how your body responds, how your energy shifts, how your nervous system needs to be supported.
This is about discovering your own yoga - not conforming to a system, but building a practice that supports YOU.
I work with personal attention, gradual development, and respect for where you are today.
Because at this stage of life, yoga is not about doing more - it’s about listening better and building strength that lasts.
